Ms. Aliesa Adelman

 

        Aliesa Adelman is an Associate Principal at Wendel, serving as an Account Executive and Director of Sustainability. She serves as a client liaison and leader in developing new opportunities that focus on climate risk and resilience, energy efficiency, health and wellness, and sustainable development. Aliesa is a thought leader actively engaged in as an advisor on regional, state, and national climate initiatives.  Ms. Adelman received her Environmental Science degree from the University at Buffalo and MS from D’Youville College. She is a Certified Sustainable Development Professional, LEED BD+C Accredited Professional, Certified Carbon Reduction Manager, and Certified Fitwel Ambassador.

Dr. Alexis Conway

       

          Dr. Conway holds a PhD degree in Science Education from the University at Buffalo. She is passionate about all aspects of STEM education, public engagement and outreach. She believes very strongly that STEM education should be available and accessible to all, regardless of socio-economic background. Dr. Conway works at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center in the “Flow and Image Cytometry” Shared Resource Laboratory (SRL). Alexis has also been an adjunct professor at the University at Buffalo as well as SUNY Buffalo State teaching research courses in education and in the Science in the Public program. She is also an excellent bench scientist with several publications to her name and is the lead on several collaborative projects both internal and with external industry partners.

Ms. Terica Gadley

        Terica is an Administrative Vice President and for the last year a Product Owner in Digital within the Consumer, Business Banking & Marketing Division. Currently she is working on designing experiences and features for our Mobile and Online Banking customers. Terica earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Medaille College and her Master of Science degree in Information Management Systems from Syracuse University. She trained for her Six Sigma Black Belt at the University at Buffalo. She is an active member in the community, several resource groups and a leading member of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging initiatives throughout the organization.
